Think of this page as your quick-reference guide to how we work, how we protect your time, and the essential global links you actually need before you leave.

The Savi Experience

  • Online booking gives you options, but a travel advisor gives you clarity, confidence, and dedicated support. We do more than book trips—we shape your entire experience, manage the fine print, and provide guidance before, during, and after your journey.

  • No, working with us does not cost more. Our pricing is typically identical to what you find online, but it comes with personalized support and exclusive perks. We are compensated directly by our trusted travel partners—like resorts, cruise lines, and tour companies—after you complete your trip. This compensation is built into the supplier's public pricing, meaning you receive expert guidance at no extra cost to you.

  • Think of us as your strategic travel partner, detail translator, and behind-the-scenes advocate. We make sure the important details never slip through the cracks.

Here is exactly how we elevate your journey:

    • Curate the Perfect Match: We connect you with destinations, cruises, resorts, and experiences tailored to your personal style—not just what looks good in an online photo.

    • Manage the Logistics: We handle the overwhelming details, including custom quotes, booking logistics, payment timelines, supplier compliance, and pre-travel requirements.

    • Leverage Industry Connections: We use our personal destination expertise and global partner relationships to unlock special touches and VIP perks for your stay.

    • Provide True Peace of Mind: We prepare you completely so you feel confident and excited before you leave. If an unexpected situation arises, we are your direct point of contact for fast, real-world solutions.

  • Absolutely. Custom curation is where thoughtful travel planning truly shines.

We don't believe in one-size-fits-all itineraries. Instead, we take the time to understand exactly how you like to travel—whether you crave a packed adventure or a slow-paced retreat, a boutique hideaway or an all-inclusive resort.

Whether you are planning a milestone celebration, a multi-generational family vacation, a romantic escape, or a group getaway, we design the entire experience around your personality and priorities. We manage everything from the major logistics down to the tiny, thoughtful touches. Our goal is to create a seamless, meaningful journey that feels effortless from start to finish and is worth talking about long after you unpack.

  • You don’t need to have every single detail set in stone, but the more you can share, the more tailored your custom itinerary will be.

To help us build your perfect getaway, it is helpful to have a general idea of:

    • The Basics: Your departure city, preferred destination, or general travel style.

    • The Timeline: Your ideal travel dates or a flexible timeframe (e.g., "mid-October").

    • The Guest List: The total number of travelers, including the ages of any children.

    • The Investment: A realistic budget range per person or for the overall trip.

    • The Vibe: Your hotel or cruise preferences, must-haves, deal-breakers, and any special occasions you are celebrating.

If you only have a blank canvas and a dream, that is completely fine too! We are here to help you brainstorm, narrow down the best options, and guide you toward the trip that fits your goals.

Safety, Protection & Peace of Mind

  • This is exactly why you work with a professional travel advisor. Flights get delayed, weather happens, and travel logistics can shift unexpectedly. While we cannot control every hiccup, we ensure you never have to navigate them alone.

Instead of waiting on hold with a customer service line in another time zone, you have a dedicated advocate ready to step in. We will immediately help you evaluate your options, communicate directly with suppliers on your behalf, and guide you smoothly toward the next best step. We bring order to the chaos so you can get back to enjoying your journey.

  • Travel insurance protects both your financial investment and your peace of mind. Depending on your policy, it can cover unexpected trip cancellations, travel delays, lost luggage, emergency medical care, and medical evacuations. While we cannot prevent travel disruptions from happening, the right policy significantly reduces their financial impact and ensures you have access to immediate support when you need it most.

Even the most meticulously planned trips can be affected by illness, severe weather, or family emergencies. Because every policy is different, we will help guide you toward trusted protection options tailored to your specific itinerary. Ultimately, the choice to protect your trip is yours, but we highly recommend it to ensure you can travel with complete confidence.
